In the survey, X and Y Theory questions were randomized and 25 questions were asked in a total, 7 of which are demographical questions. A significant difference on X and Y theory was tried to be observed as a results of the analysis, using the factors of “gender, age, marital status, educational background, position, period of service and level of income”. In this study, a significant difference was observed between ”title, duration of service and income levels”, but no significant difference was observed on ”gender, age, marital status, education levels”. Moreover, it was determined that X approach is more weighted than Y approach.
